Do you offer after-sales support?
Yes. We have two teams in Melbourne and Sydney, and we’re available via phone 7 days a week.
Is finance available?
Yes — we have an experienced finance team who specialise in wellness-grade equipment, making the process quick and easy.
What warranty comes with it?
All chambers include a 2 year warranty, with optional extended coverage available.
What’s the difference between soft-shell and hard-shell chambers?
Soft-shell chambers reach up to 1.5–1.8 ATA, ideal for general wellness and recovery. Hard-shell chambers go up to 2.0 ATA, offering a more advanced experience, faster compression times, and a stronger build quality (better for constant use).
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 6–8 weeks, depending on the chosen chamber and your location. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Where are the chambers made?
Just like an iPhone or a Tesla, our chambers are assembled in China with premium global partners, exclusive to Cell Life.
How long is a typical session?
We follow HBOT USA and Dr Sonners recommendations of 60–90 minutes per session for optimal results, though many people start with shorter sessions and gradually increase over time.
